Rice Paddle (Two Pieces)Review
The two sizes of paddles are very useful, textured and non-stick. The larger one is comparable to the size the comes with most rice cookers. The smaller one is great for making rice molds for elegant rice dishes and use in smaller 3-cup rice cookers. As another reviewer has mentioned there is no smooth indented thumb groove below the notch, making it an unfamiliar feel when using the paddle. It's disconcerting but not the end of the world. I like that they are made and packaged in Japan instead of China for a change.
